Gondor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if Gondor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Gondor's total liability to you exceed the amounts you have paid to Gondor for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gondor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
